Terms of Service

1. Operator

The PropHound service is operated by PropHound, Inc., a company in the process of incorporation in the State of Delaware, USA ("PropHound", "we"). Until incorporation is completed, the service is provided on a pre-release basis.

2. The service

PropHound provides real-estate sourcing tools: aggregated listing signals matching user-defined criteria, market-price indicators built from public open data (DVF), document compliance reads, a pipeline manager and an optional AI calling assistant.

PropHound surfaces short factual excerpts of third-party listings and always links to the original publication. PropHound does not reproduce listings in full, does not rehost listing photos, and is not affiliated with any listing website. All listing content remains the property of its publishers.

3. AI calling assistant

Outbound calls are placed only at the user's request, on business contacts (agencies), within fixed calling windows and volume caps. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of the instructions they give the assistant. Call recipients may request not to be contacted again; such requests are honored across the platform.

4. Data & indicators

Market-price indicators are computed from the French open data "Demandes de valeurs foncières" (DVF). Compliance analyses are automated first opinions, not legal advice, and must be confirmed by counsel before any decision.

5. Subscriptions & API

Plans are monthly, without commitment, cancellable anytime. API usage is billed per call with automatic volume discounts. Prices are shown ex-VAT.

6. Acceptable use

No resale of raw data, no attempt to reconstruct source databases, no use of the calling assistant toward consumers, no abusive request volumes.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the pre-release period. PropHound's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid over the last 12 months.
